All hail ABBA, the best thing to come out of Stockholm since Swedish Meatballs. Abba was formed in 1972 and immediately stole our hearts with irresistible classics like Fernando and Take A Chance On Me -along with many other pop hits. However, it is Dancing Queen that defines ABBA. Period. It's a little known fact that Dancing Queen was originally a TV jingle meant to promote better oral hygiene in Sweden and surrounding Nordic countries. The TV commercial featured a young teenager at a high school dance with half of her teeth missing. The Dancing Queen TV jingle was such a huge hit that the band later changed the lyrics "only seven teeth "to only seventeen." True story! Well, it's a good story at least…
