Q. Where are you located?
We are located in the beautiful capital city of Idaho, Boise! Our exact address is: 210 N 10th St, Boise, ID 83702. Come pay us a visit in the heart of our downtown, just blocks from the Capitol building.
Q. Help! My cart only says “Local Boise Pickup”, how do I get my order outside of Idaho?
When selecting certain items, such as cookie jars, drinks, posters, etc. your shipping will automatically be set to “local pickup”. These items are difficult for us to ship, so we don’t offer shipping on them at this time, we do apologize for any inconvenience. We’ll gladly have things packaged up and ready for curbside or in-store pickup, or we’ll drive it to you within a certain radius of our Boise, Idaho location! Pro tip: if you’re picking up downtown, hit the green button for 20-minutes of free parking!
Q. What items can’t be shipped?
At this time, we can’t ship items such as: posters, drinks, cookie jars, chocolates (during the Summer months), wrapping paper, cardboard cutouts, canvas/wood panel artwork, large artwork (bigger than 11″x17″), anything deemed to be too large and/or fragile.
Q. How does local delivery work?
You’re a busy person, we get it! Not everyone has time to drive downtown, find parking, and then spend more time getting lost in our shop. Go ahead, take it easy and shop online. You don’t need to put on pants to shop online! Once you’ve chosen your goodies (min. purchase of $25), go ahead and select “Local Delivery” if you’re in the Boise area (we deliver within 10 miles of our store). We’ll gather your purchase up, buckle it in safely, and personally hand deliver it to your address! If you’re meeting us at the door, please put pants on.

Q. How long does it take to ship an order?
We generally ship out orders within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
Q. Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Our packages are shipped through USPS Priority and do include tracking. We are working on automated tracking emails, please contact us with your order number if you need any updates.
Q. How do I submit my wares for consideration to be sold at Re-POP! Gifts?
Thank you for your interest! Firstly, you must ask yourself: “Do I make pop-culture related items?” and if the answer is yes, then follow this button and input your information for review! If the answer is no, a few of our neighbors may be looking for new artists, give them a look!
